The International and Mainland Students Guidance Section is hosting a culture trip for foreign students on November 24~25 (Saturday ~ Sunday). This is a wonderful opportunity for students to experience firsthand 「Nantou Ji Ji Township, Che Cheng Railway Station, and Sun Moon Lake Ita Thao Culture」 in a two-day field trip (Details available in the attachment).
- Sign-up Period: October 29th (Monday) to November 2nd (Friday) from 9 am ~ 12 pm, 1 pm ~ 4:30 pm. Please come in person and fill out the form and pay the fee at T1001. Lanyang campus students can apply through Ms. Carol (游慶怡) at CL312.
- Fee: NTD 600 (Not Refundable)
- Max. Participants: 40 Overseas Chinese students, 25 international students, 20 Mainland China students, 10 foreign exchange students, 10 Mainland China exchange students, and 5 Lanyang campus foreign students.
- Gathering Time & Venue: 6:15 am at the front of Tamsui campus Shao-Mo Memorial Natatorium
- Departure Time: 6:30 am (We will depart on time, there will be no waiting for late arrivals)

- Activity General Outline:
- For our first destination, we will be going to Ji Ji Station and Che Cheng Station where we can immerse ourselves in the railways and mountain scenery.
- DIY – Paper Crafts, a visit to a local paper mill where we can learn the process of paper-making and also DIY souvenirs.
- Visit to the Sun Moon Lake where we can experience the Taiwanese aborigines: Ita Thao culture.
