Announcement: Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT) “CEP@SIT2022 Cross-cultural Engineering Project (CEP)”

Program Overview:

1. Purpose: This short-term online course is designed to enhance interaction between Japanese and international students. Interested students are encouraged to apply. Please refer to Attachment 1 for details regarding the program content and schedule.
2. Eligibility:
   • Undergraduate students (3rd and 4th year)
   • Graduate students (1st and 2nd year)
   • Applicants must have CEFR B2 or equivalent English proficiency

Application Process & Deadline:

1. Internal Registration Link: Complete the internal registration form (Please complete the internal registration first.)
2. Internal Registration Procedure:
   • Fill out Attachment 2 (Internal Application Form)
   • Prepare the required documents
   • Submit them to the International Exchange Section (T1006) for nomination
3. Internal Registration Deadline: October 11 (Tuesday)

Program Fee & Financial Support:

• Approx. 150,000 JPY (excluding airfare & insurance)
• Participants may be eligible for a subsidy of 60,000–80,000 JPY
