- Official documents of the OIA, coordination of both the Exchange and International Student Affairs sections, and verification of related funding and data.
- Administrative communication and coordination between the Exchange and International Student Affairs sections.
- Coordination, arrangement, and recording of meetings and schedules for the OIA.
- Assisting in the implementation of the university’s development and Higher Education Sprout projects.
- Supporting various international exchange activities organized by the office.
- Serving as the contact point for international exchange emails with overseas institutions (responding to or forwarding emails as needed).
- Coordination of the pre-departure flag presentation ceremony for students studying abroad.
- Matters related to the university’s participation in international education organizations such as IAU, NAFSA, and UMAP annual conferences, including payment and communication.
- Other duties as assigned.
