Collecting and compiling content for the “Colorful Global Village” (a publication showcasing the university’s internationalization).
Reviewing and handling official documents at the OIA headquarters.
Submitting data for the Ministry of Education’s school affairs database.

Assistant for the Deepening Higher Education Program

Handle administrative affairs related to the “Internationalization Chapter” of the main proposal for the Higher Education Sprout Project.
Promote, implement, monitor, and manage the Internationalization Chapter, and prepare reports on its outcomes.
Manage student assistants in the Office of International Affairs and the Exchange Division, including related reimbursement procedures.
Organize the overseas study experience essay competition, the AI-900 certification course for international students, and lectures on the Employment Gold Card for international students.
Design, maintain, and manage webpages.
Handle other temporary assignments.
