   • Session 1: June 10, 2023 – June 24, 2023
   • Session 2: June 24, 2023 – July 8, 2023
   • Session 3: July 8, 2023 – July 22, 2023

   J.F. Oberlin University, Japan
3. Event Details:
   The program will offer courses in English, along with cultural immersion activities and interaction with local students. For more information, refer to the attached documents.
4. Fees:
   • The fee for each session differs; please refer to the attachments for detailed pricing.
   • A ¥20,000 discount is offered to our students.
   • Participants must cover additional expenses such as international remittance fees, airfare, local transportation, overseas insurance, and accommodation. Airfare and insurance must be purchased individually.
5. Eligibility:
   Open to currently enrolled students at our university.
6. Application Process:
   • Complete the online application for J.F. Oberlin University and make the payment by March 31, 2023.

7. Leave Policy:
   Since this is a personal study program, the International Office will not provide official leave certificates. Students attending the first session must handle their leave requests independently.
