Responsibilities:


    1. Review and compile documents for the International Office, and coordinate the tasks and budgets for the Exchange and Overseas Student Support teams.
    2. Communication and coordination of administrative tasks for the International Office’s Exchange and Overseas Student Support teams.
    3. Coordination, arrangement, and registration of meetings and schedules for the International Office.
    4. Assist with the implementation of the university’s development plan and higher education advancement programs.
    5. Support various exchange activities organized by the office.
    6. Act as a contact point for international exchanges via email (responding to or forwarding correspondence to relevant units).
    7. Coordinate the overseas study flag-raising ceremony.
    8. Handle participation in international education organizations like IAU, NAFSA, UMAP, including submitting and coordinating related activities.
    9. Other tasks as assigned.
