  2. Administrative communication and coordination between the Exchange and International Student Affairs sections.
  3. Coordination, arrangement, and recording of meetings and schedules for the OIA.
  4. Assisting in the implementation of the university’s development and Higher Education Sprout projects.
  5. Supporting various international exchange activities organized by the office.
  6. Serving as the contact point for international exchange emails with overseas institutions (responding to or forwarding emails as needed).
  7. Coordination of the pre-departure flag presentation ceremony for students studying abroad.
  8. Matters related to the university’s participation in international education organizations such as IAU, NAFSA, and UMAP annual conferences, including payment and communication.
