International Division<\/strong><\/p>\n

The recruitment of international students at Tamkang University is not entrusted to any external institution, legal entity, organization, or individual to handle related matters.<\/p>\n

\n

The International Division offers a 1+4 program. In the first year, students take Mandarin preparatory courses. Upon achieving the TOCFL A2 level, they can apply to enter their chosen department in the second year.<\/p>\n

The program is open to international students, overseas Chinese students, and students from Hong Kong and Macau.<\/p>\n

(\u4e00)\u5916\u570b\u5b78\u751f\u53ca\u50d1\u6e2f\u6fb3\u751f\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u7533\u8acb\u5b78\u58eb\u73ed\u8005\u9808\u5177\u570b\u5916\u9ad8\u4e2d\u7562\u696d\u5b78\u6b77\u3002
\nInternational, Overseas Chinese\/Hong Kong\/Macao Students can apply with a high school diploma from outside Taiwan are eligible to apply for undergraduate programs.<\/p>\n

(\u4e8c)\u7533\u8acb\u8cc7\u683c\u9808\u9075\u5b88\u53ca\u7b26\u5408\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u300c\u5165\u5b78\u5927\u5b78\u540c\u7b49\u5b78\u529b\u8a8d\u5b9a\u6a19\u6e96(\u9644\u93043)\u300d\u548c\u300c\u5916\u570b\u5b78\u751f\u4f86\u81fa\u5c31\u5b78\u8fa6\u6cd5(\u9644\u93044)\u300d\u4e4b\u898f\u5b9a\u3002
\nApplicant eligibility must comply and meet with the \u201cStandards for Recognition of Equivalent Educational Levels for University Admission (Appendix 1)\u201d, \u201cRegulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan (Appendix 2)\u201d of the Ministry of Education and \u201cProvidence University Admission Regulations for International Students (Appendix 3)\u201d.<\/p>\n

(\u4e09)\u7533\u8acb\u570b\u969b\u5c08\u4fee\u90e8\u8005\uff0c\u65bc\u7533\u8acb\u6642\u5f97\u514d\u7e73\u4e2d\u6587\u80fd\u529b\u8b49\u660e\u3002
\nStudents who apply for the International Foundation Program do not need to submit the Chinese language proficiency certificate.<\/p>\n

(\u56db)\u83ef\u8a9e\u5148\u4fee\u671f\u9593\u4e0d\u5f97\u8f49\u7cfb\u6216\u8f49\u5b78\uff0c\u4f46\u65bc\u6b63\u5f0f\u4fee\u8b80\u5b78\u58eb\u73ed\u5c08\u696d\u8ab2\u7a0b1\u5e74\u5f8c\uff0c\u5f97\u65bc\u88fd\u9020\u696d\u3001\u71df\u5efa\u696d\u3001\u8fb2\u696d\u53ca\u9577\u671f\u7167\u9867\u696d\u76f8\u95dc\u7cfb\u6240\u7533\u8acb\u8f49\u7cfb\u6216\u8f49\u5b78\u3002
\nStudents may not apply to transfer to other department or university during the study in the Chinese Preparation program. However, after studied one year in the admitted department, students may apply to transfer to departments related to Manufacturing, Construction, Agriculture and Long-Term Care fields.<\/p>\n

(\u4e94)\u7533\u8acb\u4f86\u81fa\u65bc\u570b\u969b\u5c08\u4fee\u90e8\u5148\u4fee\u83ef\u8a9e\u4ee5\u4e00\u6b21\u70ba\u9650\uff0c\u9047\u7279\u6b8a\u4e8b\u7531\u4e2d\u65b7\uff0c\u7d93\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u540c\u610f\uff0c\u5f97\u518d\u7533\u8acb\u4e00\u6b21\u3002\u65bc\u5b8c\u6210\u7533\u8acb\u5c31\u5b78\u4e4b\u5b78\u6821\u5b78\u7a0b\u5f8c\uff0c\u9664\u7533\u8acb\u78a9\u58eb\u73ed\u4ee5\u4e0a\u5b78\u7a0b\uff0c\u5f97\u9015\u4f9d\u672c\u6821\u898f\u5b9a\u8fa6\u7406\u5916\uff0c\u5982\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5728\u81fa\u5c31\u5b78\u8005\uff0c\u5176\u5165\u5b78\u8003\u8a66\u61c9\u8207\u6211\u570b\u5167\u4e00\u822c\u5b78\u751f\u76f8\u540c\u3002\u5df2\u5c31\u8b80\u904e\u6211\u570b\u570b\u5167\u5927\u5c08\u6821\u9662\u5b78\u58eb\u73ed\u8005\uff0c\u8acb\u52ff\u4ee5\u300c\u65b0\u751f\u8eab\u5206\u300d\u7533\u8acb\u5b78\u58eb\u73ed\u3002
\nStudents applying for International Foundation Program in Taiwan shall be limited to one application only. If the students interrupted the study by special reasons, students may apply again after get approved by the Ministry of Education. Upon completion of the course of study, at a school in Taiwan, to which an international student has applied, the student’s admission to another school\u2019s academic level shall be handled in a manner identical to the admission procedures for local students. An exception is that an application for a master\u2019s degree or higher levels of graduate studies can be processed under the procedures of each individual school. Student who had took bachelor\u2019s program at Taiwan\u2019s universities should NOT apply for bachelor\u2019s program as \u201cnew students\u201d.<\/p>\n
