Explanation:

1. Purpose of the Activity: To enhance students’ understanding of various overseas learning programs and encourage them to record their overseas learning experiences in writing, the university is hosting the “Overseas Learning Experience Sharing” Essay Competition.
2. Eligibility:
   (1) Participants must be currently enrolled students at the university.
   (2) Students who have participated in overseas learning programs recommended by the university, such as studying abroad, internships, volunteer services, or short-term exchanges, are eligible to submit their essays.
3. Awards:
   (1) Written Category:
   • First place: 1 winner, NT$3,000 and a certificate.
   • Second place: 1 winner, NT$2,000 and a certificate.
   • Third place: 1 winner, NT$1,000 and a certificate.
   • Honorable Mentions: 15 winners, NT$500 and a certificate.
     (2) Video Category: 2 winners, NT$2,500 and a certificate each.
4. Activity Duration: From the date of this announcement until May 24, 113 (Friday).
