Explanation:

  1. The TOEIC Campus Test for the 2023-2024 academic year, second semester will be held on May 24, 2025 (Saturday) from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Please note the following:

    • Since March 11, 2018, the format of the TOEIC Campus Test has been updated, and the score certificate will differ from the official TOEIC public test. There will be no certificate application or score verification services. Please refer to the attached document or the International Office website for more details.
    • Whether the scores are accepted for employment or other purposes is determined by the requesting organization. Please check with the organization before submitting scores. Also, note the validity period of the scores.
  2. Registration Fee:

    • The fee is NT$1,150.
  3. Registration Period:

    • General candidates: From March 3 to April 21, 2025.
    • Special candidates (low-income families): From March 3 to April 20, 2025. Please apply directly at the International and Cross-Strait Affairs Office (T1006).
  4. Registration Instructions:

    • If you are using the testing service for the first time, you need to create an account and upload a valid photo. Please refer to the official website FAQ or contact customer support at www.toeic.com.tw.
    • Upload a valid photo and complete payment within 2 days of registration, including the registration day. If payment is not made, the registration will be automatically canceled.
    • Photo specifications: The photo must be a clear, color, front-facing image without a hat. The photo must be in JPG format, with a resolution of at least 531 pixels by 354 pixels and a maximum size of 4MB. The file name should be your ID number (for Taiwanese nationals).
    • Ensure the name on the payment receipt matches the candidate’s name to avoid payment failure.
  5. Refund Policy:

    • After completing the payment, full refunds are not possible. A cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee applies. Please confirm the test schedule and location before registering. Non-Tamkang students (including alumni) are not eligible to register for the test. If false registration details are found, entry will be denied, and no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.
  6. Special Offer:

    • Low-income families and their children are eligible for two free registration opportunities per year. Please apply directly to the International Office (T1006) for special offers.   7. Score Reports:

    • Score reports will be sent by TOEIC within 11 business days after the test. Candidates can also check their scores online. Due to privacy regulations, assistants in departments should not request temporary score certificates from the International Office.
