Event Introduction

In response to the enactment and publication of the New Immigrants Basic Act, which extends its scope to marriage immigrants, professional and technical immigrants, and eligible overseas Chinese and international students, the government is actively promoting policies to support new immigrants in Taiwan.

This event specially invites the National Development Council and the Ministry of Labor, Workforce Development Agency to share Taiwan’s talent retention and recruitment policies, as well as relevant information for overseas Chinese and international students seeking employment in Taiwan. Public departments such as the Ministry of Finance Taipei National Tax Bureau, Taipei City Police Department, and new immigrant groups will also set up booths to provide practical consultations and opportunities for exchanges. The event will feature exciting puppet shows, dance performances, and interactive experiences, with participants receiving exquisite small gifts.

Through this event, we hope to provide new immigrants and overseas Chinese and international students aspiring to stay and develop in Taiwan with accurate information to help them integrate into society and find suitable development opportunities, contributing to the prosperity of Taiwan!
