獲獎心得將上傳至國際處

Award-winning entries will be uploaded to the International Office website for reference by the university students.

Certificate of Achievement: Please collect the certificate of achievement from the International Office (T1006, Jing Sheng Building) between June 28 and September 30. The university’s working hours for July and August are Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (the university will be closed from July 11 to July 19). Certificates cannot be collected after the deadline.

Prize Money: The prize money will be issued by wire transfer. Please submit the following documents to the International Office by July 5 (if you cannot submit them by July 5, please email scanned copies to 605222@o365.tku.edu.tw and later submit the original copies):

• Receipt of Payment (see attachment, must be signed)
• Postal savings passbook cover
• If you do not provide a postal account, you will need to cover the remittance fee of NT$30.
• Please note that if the documents are submitted late, the prize money cannot be disbursed.
• International students must provide a copy of their passport and residence permit.
