Explanation:

1. This program is organized according to the Ministry of Education’s letter no. 1110000036 dated May 20, 2022, and the Executive Yuan Environmental Protection Agency’s letter no. 1111064879 dated May 17, 2022.
2. The Executive Yuan Environmental Protection Agency is organizing this activity to help foreign students understand Taiwan’s local environmental issues, solutions, and feasible models. The details of the program are as follows:

   (1) Target Audience:

   • Primarily foreign students studying in Taiwan.
   • Additionally, domestic university students interested in environmental education and professionals in the environmental education field.
     1. Foreign students enrolled in Taiwanese universities under the Ministry of Education’s “Regulations on Foreign Students Studying in Taiwan.”
     2. Domestic university students (including graduate and doctoral students) who have passed the Environmental Youth Leadership Program or are interested in environmental education. English proficiency proof (such as an English certification) is required.
     3. Domestic environmental education professionals must provide English proficiency documentation.

   (2) The program plans to admit 28 foreign students and 4 domestic participants. Additional participants may be considered based on registration status.
