1. To enhance verification efficiency, streamline administrative procedures, and align with digitalization policies and environmental sustainability goals, starting January 1, 2026, all TOCFL examinations administered by the Committee will provide score reports and certificates exclusively in digital format. Paper copies will no longer be issued.
2. Downloading digital score reports and certificates after results are released:
   (1) Individual candidates: Log in to the registration system using your personal account and password, click the download link, and enter the verification code sent by the system via email to obtain the PDF files of your score report and certificate. For group registrations, the system will notify candidates by email of their dedicated account and password, which can be used to log in and download the aforementioned documents.
   (2) Strategic partners: For those using discount codes issued through strategic alliances or registering as a group, the designated contact person may batch-download encrypted compressed files containing candidates’ digital score reports and certificates by test session. After decompression, individual candidates’ score report and certificate PDF files can be accessed. These files are provided solely for record-checking purposes. Please comply with personal data protection regulations and do not disclose them or use them for any unauthorized purposes.
3. Verification of digital score reports and certificates:
   (1) Please visit the Ministry of Education’s Electronic Certificate Verification System (https://dcert.moe.gov.tw/upload) and upload the original PDF file for verification. For interpretation of verification results and other related regulations, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (see attachment).
   (2) The existing verification page on the Committee’s official website applies only to the verification of paper score reports and certificates issued for test sessions held on or before December 31, 2025.
