Important Notes:

1. Please be punctual for the interview and bring your original JLPT certificate (if you do not have the original, you can verify it online on the spot) and a photo ID (e.g., ID card/student ID) for inspection.
2. If you have a class at the time of the interview, please bring a leave request form to be stamped at the office.
3. Please arrive at the meeting room 15 minutes before your scheduled interview time and follow the staff’s instructions to enter the meeting room for the interview.
