Subject: TOEIC Campus Test for the 2nd Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026 on May 23, 2026 (Saturday) – Invitation to TKU Faculty, Staff, and Students to Register
Description:
- The TOEIC Campus Test for the 2nd semester of Academic Year 2025–2026 will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
◎ Since March 11, 2018, the updated TOEIC test format has been fully implemented. The score report format for the TOEIC Campus Test differs from that of the official public TOEIC test (no certificate issuance service and no score verification service are provided). Please refer to the attached file for details regarding the campus test score report.
◎ Whether scores from the public TOEIC test or the Institutional Program (campus test) are accepted is determined by the receiving organization. Candidates are advised to first confirm with the company or institution to which they intend to submit their scores. Candidates should also exercise their own judgment regarding the validity period of their scores. Please refer to the attached file for the sample campus test score report.
- The discounted registration fee is NT $1,300.

(1) General candidates: From March 9, 2026 to May 11, 2026.

Candidates who are unable to complete registration by the deadline may instead register for the monthly public TOEIC test administered by the TOEIC organization and will still be eligible for the registration fee waiver. - Registration notes:
(1) First-time users of the Test Service Area must create an account before registering.

(3) Please complete payment within two days of registration (including the day of registration). If payment is not completed, the system will automatically delete your registration. Once payment has been made, a full refund is not available. In the event that you must cancel your registration due to force majeure, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the test fee will be charged. Please make sure you are able to attend the test at the scheduled time and venue before registering.
(4) Only current TKU faculty, staff, and students are eligible to register. Non-TKU personnel (including alumni) are not permitted to register for this test. If it is verified that the registrant is not a current TKU faculty member, staff member, or student, the candidate will not be allowed to enter the test room on the test day. The registration fee will not be refunded in full, and the candidate may not request a deferral or change of test location.
(5) Candidates are requested to log in to the Test Service Area to check their test admission information five working days before the test date.

- Score reports will be mailed individually by the TOEIC organization to the postal address provided by the candidates within 11 working days after the test date. Candidates may also check their scores online. In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, this Office will not issue score certifications nor provide score inquiry services.
