2. The 2025 Twin-Cities World Senior Sports Games will be co-hosted by the Taipei City and New Taipei City Governments. This event offers athletes from various categories the opportunity to participate in an international multi-sport event and build international friendships. The event will take place from May 17 to 30, 2025, and will bring together approximately 40,000 domestic and international athletes. The details of the volunteer recruitment are as follows:
   • Registration Period: From February to December 2024.
   • Registration Methods:
     1. Individual Volunteers: Register through the Taipei City Volunteer Management Integration Platform here.
     2. Group Volunteers: For groups of 30 or more, the group representative should compile and submit the volunteer list through the platform. For inquiries, please contact the Volunteer Service Center at 02-25772025.
   • Types of Volunteers:
     1. Administrative Volunteers: Assist with administrative tasks at non-competition venues, provide information, and guide participants.
     2. Language Volunteers: Provide foreign language services (English, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, Southeast Asian languages) to assist international athletes at various venues.
     3. Venue Volunteers: Assist with competition-related tasks at competition venues, including providing information, guiding athletes, managing venues, and assisting with meals and medical services.
   • Eligibility:
     1. Must comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
     2. Must be at least 16 years old (students or members of the public, minors require a guardian consent form).
     3. Should have a passion for service, be willing to accept assigned tasks, and complete assigned duties.
     4. Must be willing to participate in training courses arranged by the 2025 Twin-Cities World Senior Sports Games Organizing Committee, including at least 6 hours of basic training and 3 hours of specialized event training.
     5. Must be able to independently manage transportation, meals, and accommodation during training and the event period.
     6. Previous volunteer experience or professional skills (e.g., foreign language proficiency) are preferred.
     7. Should be available for at least 5 shifts.
