1. Eligibility: All undergraduate students (excluding graduate students) enrolled in public or private universities in Taiwan who meet the following conditions may apply to the Overseas Chinese Association Cultural and Educational Foundation:
   (1) Have a GPA of 75 or above in the previous academic year, with conduct grades of A.
   (2) Have not received any other scholarships in the current academic year.
   (3) Priority will be given to students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds, but they must provide proof of financial need.
2. Application Period: From the start of the semester until 5:00 PM on October 23, 2024. After preparing the required documents, submit them to Miss Li Jianlan at the Student Affairs Division.
