     3. Event Fees: The university provides 1 full scholarship, 1 half-off scholarship (Fee: USD 800), and 1 partial scholarship (Fee: USD 1000). Participants are responsible for their own airfare, insurance, and other personal expenses. Scholarships are first-come, first-served.
