Eligibility：
1.Applicants must be international undergraduate students currently enrolled at Tamkang University, excluding extended-study students, students from Mainland China, overseas Chinese students, and students from Hong Kong and Macao. Applicants must demonstrate outstanding academic performance, with an average academic score of 85 or above in the previous semester.
2.Students who are recipients of the Taiwan Scholarship granted by the Ministry of Education or the Taiwan Scholarship granted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall not be eligible to receive this scholarship concurrently.
