- The room number consists of 5 digits (e.g., 0000-0), where the first digit represents the building, the second digit represents the floor, the third and fourth digits represent the room number, and the fifth digit represents the bed number. For example, 1301-1 refers to Building 1, Floor 3, Room 01, Bed 1.
- Approved students should check in during the specified reporting period according to the opening guidelines. If unable to check in within the designated period, an extension application must be submitted as per the regulations.
- If students need to apply for room changes due to special reasons, they should fill out the Tamkang University Student Report Form (Dormitory Room Change Request) and submit it to the Student Accommodation Assistance Office after the dormitory opens. A room change request can be made only once per academic year.
