Application Process:
Step 1: Fill out the online application form: https://reurl.cc/g67llQ
Step 2: Submit the following hard copy documents to the International Student Support Office (T1001):
① Application form (with one 2-inch photo attached)
② Original transcript from the previous academic year (not required for new students)
③ Proof of financial hardship issued in 2024

Required Financial Hardship Documents:
(1) Proof of disability or severe illness requiring long-term treatment for the applicant or family members (hospital diagnosis certificate must specify the patient’s relationship and brief details of the illness).
(2) Proof of school enrollment for siblings (student ID, tuition payment receipt, etc.).
(3) Family income status (e.g., tax exemption certificate, low-income household certificate, or other financial hardship proof).
※ Certificates must be issued by overseas Chinese school teachers, government agencies, alumni associations, or other credible organizations. (Salary certificates from workplaces and loan documents from financial institutions are not accepted.)
(4) Ministry of Education reference number must be correctly filled in for identity verification (refer to the Overseas Chinese Affairs Council allocation notice or individual admission notification).
