Important Notes:

1. Please be sure to attend the interview on time and bring the original JLPT certificate (if not available, you may verify it online on the spot) and an ID with a photo (ID card/student ID) for inspection.
2. If you have a class during the interview, you may bring a leave request form (either public or personal leave) to get it stamped at the office.
3. Please check in at the meeting room entrance 15 minutes before your scheduled interview time and follow the staff’s instructions to enter the meeting room for the interview.
