2020 Meet your Host Family in Northern Taiwan
【交個朋友吧！】北區境外學生╳接待家庭相見歡茶會 
  In order to give all overseas students an opportunity to have more understanding of Taiwanese culture, Taiwan Hostfamily Program invites overseas students in Northern Taiwan to join the meetup tea party on Aug. 29. In the event, we will match you with a host family and you can get to know each other during the tea time. It’s just a meetup, so there will be no overnight stays in host family’s house. If you would like to go somewhere with your host family after the meetup, you can politely ask your host family.

  • Fill out the online application form first, print it out and find a school faculty to help you complete the seal part. 填寫線上報名表單，並印出報名表由學校職員/教授協助您蓋章的部分。
    (2)     Scan or photograph the form then send it via email to hostfamily@stust.edu.tw 將報名表掃描或拍照後以email傳至本計畫信箱即完成報名。
    (3) Complete the HEALTH CARE survey 健康旅遊史問卷填寫 Click Here按此報名

If you haven’t had an account, please create an account first. The registration procedure is below.

  • Fill out the online application form and HEALTH CARE survey. 填寫線上報名表單以及健康旅遊史調查問卷。
    (2)     Scan or photograph your ARC (valid), 僑生居留證, or certificate of enrollment(2020 fall semester) to hostfamily@stust.edu.tw 將您的ARC(有效期內), 僑生居留證或是2020秋季在學證明，拍照後以email傳至本計畫信箱即完成報名。

  • Note備註:
    1. All students and families are required to fill out the HEALTH CARE survey to complete the registration. According to the registration situation, we will send you the final result before Aug. 24th. 完成系統報名並非錄取，需填寫檢康旅遊史問卷方才完成報名程序。活動將依報名情況，於8月24日(一)前E-mail通知錄取結果。
    2. Following Government's COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention policy, please wear masks and we will check your temperature. 因應教育部防疫規定，活動當日請攜帶口罩並實施體溫測量。
    3. During the meetup activity, we will provide tea and water. Please bring your own bottle. 現場備有茶水，歡迎您自備環保杯。
    4. After the meetup activity, food boxes will be provided to everyone. Please feel free to go picnic with host family. 會後備有野餐小禮盒，歡迎家庭及學生一起戶外野餐。
