Tamkang University 106th Academic Year Graduation Ceremony Registration Form on 2018 June 16th
Notice:
1. There are two graduation ceremonies this year. The ceremony held on June 13th is specifically for foreign students and the ceremony on June 16th is for all the students who are graduating from the university.
2. Due to limited seating on June 16th, the period for online registration will open until May 29th, 2018. (Late registration will not be accepted).
The International and Mainland Students Guidance Section will be arranging seats using a lottery-based system according to information submitted during registration.

3. You can register up to a maximum of 3 persons per applicant (including the graduating student). Please do not register again if your department has already arranged seating for you. If you want to cancel your registration, please notify us before June 8th to prevent any impact to the other participants.
4. The purpose of this form is to help us to count and confirm the number of participants, and all information that has been collected will be handled appropriately as specifiedby the Republic of China Personal Information Protection Act and Tamkang University Personal Information Statement.

2018.6.16 淡江大学106学年度毕业典礼座位登记表
注意事项
1. 今年境外生有2场毕业典礼 ：6/13(星期三)是境外生毕业典礼， 6/16(星期六)是全校的毕业典礼
2. 6/16因座位有限，即日起至5/29止请网络登记座位（不在时间内登记，恕不受理），
境辅组将依照登记的人数分配侨生、陆生、外籍生座位数量，再进行抽籤，并通知领取座位証。

3. 每人最多登记三名（含学生本人），如系所已提供座位，请勿重复登记，如欲取消请于6月8日前告知境辅组，以免影响他人权益。
