2020 Meet your Host Family in Northern Taiwan
【交个朋友吧！】北区境外学生╳接待家庭相见欢茶会 
  In order to give all overseas students an opportunity to have more understanding of Taiwanese culture, Taiwan Hostfamily Program invites overseas students in Northern Taiwan to join the meetup tea party on Aug. 29. In the event, we will match you with a host family and you can get to know each other during the tea time. It’s just a meetup, so there will be no overnight stays in host family’s house. If you would like to go somewhere with your host family after the meetup, you can politely ask your host family.

  • Fill out the online application form first, print it out and find a school faculty to help you complete the seal part. 填写线上报名表单，并印出报名表由学校职员/教授协助您盖章的部分。
    (2)     Scan or photograph the form then send it via email to hostfamily@stust.edu.tw 将报名表扫描或拍照后以email传至本计画信箱即完成报名。
    (3) Complete the HEALTH CARE survey 健康旅游史问卷填写 Click Here按此报名

If you haven’t had an account, please create an account first. The registration procedure is below.
  • Register for our online system and print out the registration form, then find a faculty in your school to help you complete the seal part.请先于系统注册帐号，将帐号注册单打印出来后，请学校职员/教授协助您盖章的部分。

  • Fill out the online application form and HEALTH CARE survey. 填写线上报名表单以及健康旅游史调查问卷。
    (2)     Scan or photograph your ARC (valid), 侨生居留证, or certificate of enrollment(2020 fall semester) to hostfamily@stust.edu.tw 将您的ARC(有效期内), 侨生居留证或是2020秋季在学证明，拍照后以email传至本计画信箱即完成报名。

  • Note备注:
    1. All students and families are required to fill out the HEALTH CARE survey to complete the registration. According to the registration situation, we will send you the final result before Aug. 24th. 完成系统报名并非录取，需填写检康旅游史问卷方才完成报名程序。活动将依报名情况，于8月24日(一)前E-mail通知录取结果。
    2. Following Government's COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention policy, please wear masks and we will check your temperature. 因应教育部防疫规定，活动当日请携带口罩并实施体温测量。
    3. During the meetup activity, we will provide tea and water. Please bring your own bottle. 现场备有茶水，欢迎您自备环保杯。
    4. After the meetup activity, food boxes will be provided to everyone. Please feel free to go picnic with host family. 会后备有野餐小礼盒，欢迎家庭及学生一起户外野餐。
