Tamkang University 106th Academic Year Foreign Students Graduation Ceremony Registration Form on 2018 June 16th
Notice:
1. There are two graduation ceremonies this year. The ceremony held on June 13th is specifically for foreign students and the ceremony on June 16th is for all the students who are graduating from the university.
2. Due to limited seating on June 16th, the period for online registration will open until May 29th, 2018. (Late registration will not be accepted).
The International and Mainland Students Guidance Section will be arranging seats using a lottery-based system according to information submitted during registration.

3. You can register up to a maximum of 3 persons per applicant (including the graduating student). Please do not register again if your department has already arranged seating for you. If you want to cancel your registration, please notify us before June 8th to prevent any impact to the other participants.
4. The purpose of this form is to help us to count and confirm the number of participants, and all information that has been collected will be handled appropriately asspecifiedby the Republic of China Personal Information Protection Act and Tamkang University Personal Information Statement.
