I. Academic year of 2019~2020 TOEIC test for TKU campus will be held on December 7^th, 2019 (Saturday) from 9:30 am to 12:00 am.
◎ From March 11th, 2018, since the update of the test, there will be no certificate application service nor score verification service. Campus test scores Please provide additional information or an international website.
◎ Regardless of the public test or group test (campus test), whether the results are used or not is determined by the user. It is recommended that the candidate first ask the company or unit that wants to submit the results. The format of the campus test transcript will be in the attachment file.

(According to the administrative operation needs of the company, the special offer for candidates will be registered until November 1st; candidates who cannot register in time can apply for the monthly public test of TOEIC, and can also enjoy the free registration fee.)
IV. Notices
(I) For first time users, please apply for an account and upload a qualified photo. If you have any questions, you can go to the official website FAQ area or contact customer service staff (02) 2701-7333.
(II) Please upload the qualified photos as your registration, and complete the payment within 2 days (including the registration day) on the registration date. If unpaid, the system will automatically delete the registration documents.

(III) Please confirm whether the name on the payment bill is same as the applicant in order to avoid payment failure.
(IV) After the payment is completed, full refund cannot be made. Please confirm the test time and venue before registration. Students who are not faculty members of the school are not allowed to apply for the exam (graduated alumnus are not allowed to apply for this test). If the registration information is not a faculty member or a student from TKU, applicant will not be able to take the test. There will not be a full refund, nor may it be requested to postpone or change the test location. We apologize for any inconvenience.
(V) Candidates are requested to go online to the service area to inquire or print the test information within 5 working days before the test.

V. This case provides opportunities for low-income households and their children to join the special registration fee twice a year. This does not apply for unemployed since 2018. VI. The transcripts will be sent by TOEIC by 14 working days after the test date. Candidates can also check the results online. If the candidate accidentally loses the transcript, please apply for a replacement. Please contact 02-27017333. In addition, in order to cooperate with the implementation of individual capital laws, please ask the assistants of the departments to ask the candidates to apply for temporary performance certificates. The Department does not provide a list of the scores of the various examinations for the department.
VII. Since February 1^st , 2012, TOEIC will require the fee of photo-taking for 200NTD.
(I) If the candidate does not upload a qualified photo during the registration period, or the photo provided does not meet the requirements, or didn’t bring a qualified photo no the date of the test, the candidate must complete the following photo-taking operations to take the test: "On the day of the test, you must first register photo-taking with the staff, take the photo before entering taking the test, and leave the photo as the qualified official photo for this test.”
(II) In order to response to the cost of photo-taking, since February 1^st , 2012, the TOEIC (TOEIC BRIDGE, TOEIC Speaking and Writing Tests) and the TOEIC ITP test (TOEIC ITP0, candidates should pay 200NTD for photo-taking.
(III) The file of the photo will be E-mailed to the candidate for future use to make up for their expenses.
VIII. The candidate must provide a photo of him/herself, which will be used as the basis for the admission of the test on the day of the test. If the candidate and the photo are checked and cannot be confirmed as the person, they are related to be in violation of the rules.
IX. If your name and ID Number on your document does not match, you will not be allowed to take the test. (Please note that the name cannot be changed after the test. If you change your name before the test, you need to provide the household registration certificate to correct the name.)
